PC Reveal, Review and Intro: via FrothyOmen. PC Attrition Gameplay: via Darkness429. We managed to get one of the best Titanfall Twitch streamers, Darkness429, to our offices a week ago to check out the game and we captured some of his exploits in all its 4K Ultra glory.Īlong with Darkness429 we hosted a number of press and community members at our offices to check out a build of the PC game, check out their footage and impressions below. If you have a PC that falls under this category and are wondering what Titanfall 2 multiplayer looks like being played at 4K stay tuned for some footage captured in conjunction with our friends at NVIDIA. If the name didn't tip you off, the Ultra 4K60 requirements are what you'll need if you want to achieve 60fps while playing the game at a whopping 3840x2160 (aka “4K”) resolution and average around 60fps. We chose the minimum specs with 60fps in mind for the pure gameplay benefits you get once at 60fps (and beyond!). For recommended PC specs we're aiming for details nearly maxed out, 1920x1080 resolution (2560x1440 is also very playable), and again an average of 60fps or higher. We strongly believe that if you at least match the posted requirements you should have an excellent visual and gameplay experience playing the game, so don’t be alarmed if you boot it up and don’t need to turn all the settings to Low for playable framerates – our artists would actually like if you could see their work! Because of this you will probably be able to actually run the game on a lower-than-minimum spec PC, but the quality and performance won’t quite be ideal. Our goal for minimum PC specs on Titanfall 2 is that you can play at a 1600x900 resolution with most details turned on and average around 60fps. In the past minimum specs were literally the minimum bar to launch the game - your experience once in the game was probably not going to be ideal. So, what does it mean when we say "minimum" or "recommended"? Since this is a variable standard across the entire industry I think it is important for me to detail the kind of experience you can hope to expect.

AFAIK you can't use the PS4 OS to do this, but it does enable cross play and parties with the PC version. Look at Warthunder on PS4, in order to play with friends you have to make an account in the game, search for your friends by their Warthunder name, and then join and invite them that way. As long as having the account for cross play friends lists and all that is optional I'm okay with this, but I don't want it if its going to ruin the current experience. Gone the days where I can just look at my friends list, open a friends profile and invite or join them in a game. There is one ACTUALLY valid concern and problem about this cross play precedent Minecraft is setting though How long before games start making so that to invite, join and party up with friends you can ONLY use their ingame 3rd party friends lists and not the console OS? The Titanfall 2 devs have commented on crossplay? That is by far the game that needs it the most with its small population.
